Overall I would recommend this place. We had difficulty communicating with the office manager and securing a spot. We had to call 3-4x to confirm that we actually had somewhere to stay. She requires that you send a photo of your drivers license for a background check before staying. We arrived late and had some confusion on which spot was ours based on the instructions given by the manager. She let us pay the next day and was pretty chill about it; we did have to wait for her and she wasn’t available in person during the office hours listed. I recommend taking the route listed on the website versus what google maps says because the ten mile bridge road wasn’t great.
The pull through spot was spacious and was a full hook up. Water pressure was great. No issues. The park seemed to be mostly long term residents. We didn’t visit any bathroom or laundry facilities while there. WiFi was good but costs money if you wanted to use it for streaming. We did have some issues sleeping because of road noise but it wasn’t awful.
The park was 10 min away from Target and Walmart which was great. Ate at Rosa’s Cafe/Tortilla Factory which was delicious. It’s about 25-30 min from downtown Fort Worth. A few stray cats and dogs were around and we only met one long term resident who also did maintenance for the park and was friendly. Overall it was good for a quick stay and felt safe. Would stay again!
