“Two Small Sites for Stopover”

Overall Rating

This appears to be an old campground turned designated dispersed camping. There are two firepits and two signs indicating the 10 day stay limit. The designated dispersed corridor along Highway 75 only allows for camping within these marked sites.

Both sites are fairly small although we'd pull our 21' Class B in there. There is a large roadside parking area off of the highway right next to the spots so you are able to scout to see if you'll fit and if there is a spot open.

You are quite close to the road but the river is a bit closer and would likely help with highway noise.

It's not anywhere I'd head to as a destination but I appreciate the fairly easy access and river location for a stopover.

The main sign to indicate this is a camping area has tipped over so it's easy to miss without using the GPS coordinates. No cell service on any provider.
