Amazing service, cheerful camp managers, clean sites, many new improvements. A central gathering area with nice outdoor furniture, large fire pit, games and a huge play area. We stayed in our trailer, but we toured the tiny houses, cottage rooms and the glamping tents. All of these were nicely decorated and clean and new. Beach access ... more

Super friendly staff on site, and the variety of options to stay cover tiny houses, Only 30A, and the WiFi is spotty, and ZERO to 1 bar on T-Mobile. The sites are a bit challenging to get into, it’s a bit tight.
I’d stay here again - but would be mindful what what sites to select.

This RV park is in the process of being renewed. It is very rough. They are trying to make it a glamping location starting with 6 Yurt type huts. They also have some motel rooms. This RV park is in the process of being renewed. It is very rough. They are trying to make it a glamping location starting with 6 Yurt type huts. They also have some motel rooms. The rest are RV sites. The RV sites are the last to be worked on. Don't let the photos fool you (alas I didn't take any), the RV sites are not as green as shown (they let the sod die). The spots are very close to each other. Over the weekend all the spots were full. This created another issue. The water pressure became non-existent. We had to use our water pump to augment. The restroom is better than a PortaPotty, but not too much. They provide a very decent WiFi and the AT&T streaming was great! Aberdeen is the closest large town (15-20) miles. The people trying to get this running are very friendly and I hope they can get it whipped into shape.

Nice place to stay easy to get in and out. No easy beach access from campground as far as known. Beach access about 1/2 mile up highway. Quiet and large spaces. Do watch for tree limbs with large trailers as trees hang over camp sites. Verizon has poor coverage at campground. Att works well.
