The river view was great. We saw geese with a baby. Antelope could be seen from our spot. A couple of small snakes.
When we went for a drive to site see there were tons & tons of Antelope in the area.
The internet & cell were almost non-existent in this area. Calls were dropping (which is unusual for us). - AT&T
And internet sometimes worked, but only on one of our phones despite our booster. - Verizon wifi

Read the reviews and decided to try it. Basic pit toilet and five campsites. The draw are the views and serenity as it was quiet and only two other campers the night we were there. Saw an Elk and A Bald Eagle, pretty cold at night when the sun goes down. Road into and around the sites was full of potholes and muddy.

Gorgeous sites with picnic tables off the beaten path. First 10 feet of the road is tough but after that we were fine. Got in with our 34 footer. Wish we could have stayed longer. No reception at all but we did not care!

Perfect for “off the grid” camping. Restrooms were clean. We had a perfect spot by the river and were able to hear it at night. You also can’t beat the sky! We saw the Milky Way and the Big Dipper was huge. Would come here again. Instagram: “MarveyTheRV” was there!

Could not get a Verizon signal so no internet or streaming.

A place to park for the night or two. The campsite was clean there was a bathroom and picnic table and a fire pit. There is a river with a great view. Bring something to repel mosquitoes!!! It was quiet no road noise. About 7 miles from I 80.

Nice place to visit and the cleanest pit toilet you'll ever see. There is some standing water nearby so the mosquitoes were somewhat plentiful. I set up the Clam Shelter and that problem was solved.

The campground sits in a scenic valley along the north Platte River. Nobody was here when we pulled in on a Friday evening in October. Our only company was the herd of cows bellowing along the southern ridge. Clean restrooms, nice pull in sites with tables and fire rings.
There is a little trail along the river and this would probably be a good fishing spot or if the weather is right a good swimming hole. Would go back if we passed through the area and needed a place to camp for the night

Flat back in spot by river with concrete picnic table and fire ring. Dry camping only but very nice outhouse. 1st come basis but seemed like plenty of room when we came in late Sept Saturday around 4pm. Quiet!
