Clean dump area,strong flush water pressure, plenty of room to maneuver our trailer. Called the number to confirm availability and hours and got a polite informative response. $20 cash. Best option in the area.

We called ahead in morning and Michael answered, confirmed the price and advised plumber was working on it but they'd be ready in an hour. We showed up late afternoon and paid cash and got instructions. Clean facilities. Hi pressure on flush water line made our tank gauge read correctly for the first time since our first trip. We called ahead in morning and Michael answered, confirmed the price and advised plumber was working on it but they'd be ready in an hour. We showed up late afternoon and paid cash and got instructions. Clean facilities. Hi pressure on flush water line made our tank gauge read correctly for the first time since our first trip. Plenty of room to maneuver or trailer. Best dump option between San Gabriel and Ventura.
