It's in a part of town that seems a bit rough. The campground is surrounded by wall or fence to help with security. Campsites are level. The water and electric hookups are shared with your neighbor. You might get a site that requires you to feed your electric cord and water hose under the RV and across your site. We used all 25 foot of our 50A cord to get connected.

Great location, can walk into downtown Little Rock over the pedestrian bridge, or drive across bridge in 5 min, and be in the heart of downtown. You can get on the Arkansas river trail with your bike right from the park. We ate across the river at Gus’s famous fried chicken and at the Flying Fish, both were excellent. This site was clean and safe. The road construction was a nuisance. There were a lot of detours for pedestrians and cyclists. Laundry was ok, but only 2 sets of washer/ dryers.

Reservations were easy with a phone call. We arrived late but the email explained the whole process. We got a discount for being on an overflow site. Most of the park is just like a parking lot with concrete pads and full hookups available. Our site was gravel and water/electric only. It looked like a parking spot to visit the office but was marked with a cone so it was our site. After we came in they opened 4 more of these temporary sites so be aware that if you get an overflow site it will be little more than a parking space. The pull through sites can accommodate all sizes of rigs. The location is near an interstate bridge and airport so there was quite a bit of noise. The park is almost downtown but is gated. The other campers were quiet. The showers and bathrooms are also minimal quality. There is a dump station on site. The free WiFi did not work at our site but if I took my computer to the pavilion picnic tables it worked well. Cellular was 3 bars of 5G. Antenna reception was excellent for all major networks and many other channels. The main feature of the camp is that the bike path is immediately adjacent. You can ride or walk across the bridge to the Clinton Presidential Library. Downtown is just a short ride away.

We booked this campground while on the road based on reviews and it was perfect! There is road construction for the last few miles of interstate, and some construction on surface streets approaching the campground, but minor delays (on a Saturday) and the email instructions with our booking were very helpful. It is in an industrial area with walls and gates - felt safe and secure. Full hookups, level site, good AT&T coverage, pet areas, plenty of room - we did not unhook our 25’ trailer. We walked across the pedestrian bridge for dinner in downtown LR (locked gate with passcode to return). This is not a destination but a wonderful stopover option.

Road construction in the area, so follow the directions they provide as routes could change during the stages of construction. Some inner city noise (sirens, cars) but it is all tolerable.
Would definitely stay here again. 5G with T-Mobile.

Loved this place. Stopped here for one night on the way to the Midwest a month ago and immediately made plans to stop for two nights on the way back through. It is literally on the bank of the Arkansas River. Access was easy. Sites are level and concrete with grass between. They’ve placed the hookups such that motorhomes and vans can park with their front windshields facing the river. The town has put animated multicolored lights on the river bridges and that makes for a very nice scene every evening. Easy on and off the Interstate, even with nearby construction of a new I-30 river bridge in progress. Great management. They called us before both arrivals to make sure we knew how to navigate the interstate's construction. Level concrete pads. WiFi fast enough to stream. We walked and rode bikes over the "rails to trails" bridge into downtown for more than one meal. Downtown is easily walkable from the RV park. The nearest river bridge also will take you (walking or biking) to the William Clinton Presidential Library, which is just across the river.
