Stayed late April. This campground is convenient for visiting the Catwalk Recreation Area. The sites are close together. Fortunately I was the only RV here during my 2 day stay, otherwise there would be zero privacy. This “resort” has a few duplex type “cabins” and a few RV sites scattered around a dirt lot right across from a small residential area and next to a lot with a bunch of old cars. So not much to look at, but it does haves full hookups along with a bathhouse that has 2 bath/shower rooms. The bathrooms/showers were clean with plenty of hot water with good pressure in the shower. There were clean towels and some spare shampoos/soaps/conditioner available in the bathroom. There is essentially no shade for your RV, but there is a shade structure with a table/chairs at each site. The sites are dirt so expect a lot of dust. All sites were level. Verizon had a good signal here.
This was an OK stay, but I likely would not stay here again for the following reasons;
(1) They only take cash payment
(2) Upon arrival I was required to call the campground manager to arrange to make payment. When I called the manager she stated she was just driving into town and would be back in 2 hours to get payment. 5 hours later she finally showed up with no phone call or apology for making me wait. I was basically stuck sitting there waiting.
(3) On day 2 there was a power failure that lasted more than 24 hours and the campground did not have any backup power. The campground manager stated that there was a generator to power the water pump so there would still be water for the bathrooms, but that generator/water pump apparently only worked for the cabins, not for the camping bathrooms because there was no lights or water in the bathrooms. While this was a major power outage affecting the whole town and was not within control of the campground, they should have a backup power solution, especially considering that the manager stated that they have a lot of power failures. The manager did offer to provide an additional night for free, but that was not possible given my travel schedule. Notably, houses in the residential area directly across from the campground were prepared for the power failure with generators that kicked in immediately and ran continuously, which did make quite a bit of noise.
On a side note, access to the Catwalk Recreation Area required crossing flooded roads at two places on approach to the parking lot where you access the trail to the Catwalk. While the roads were passable, it was a concern for me with my generator and batteries being on the undercarriage of my camper van. The road flooding was apparently related to melting snow from an especially heavy snow winter (as was the case for most southwest mountains for winter 2022). This was not mentioned on the National Park website. The Catwalk was beautiful a definitely worth visiting .

I spent one night here. I only needed hookups to do laundry and some power hungry things before moving onto Cosmic Campground. Road here can be driven by any sized rig if you're careful. I spent one night here. I only needed hookups to do laundry and some power hungry things before moving onto Cosmic Campground. Road here can be driven by any sized rig if you're careful. I am 13 ft tall, 38 long, 9 wide,, with a toad. For one night, it's fine. This is in NO WAY a resort. Site 6 was the only place my motorhome would fit. They seem to think this would fit in site 2 (also a 50 amp site) but there is no way it would. I had to disconnect my toad to back into site 6 given the tight quarters. This is a gravelish dirt lot. Old connections. Weeds. Sewer and water are inches apart. See photos. Way overpriced (40 cash only) for what it is. The RV park on 180 was full (30 bucks) so this was my second choice. If I am ever here again, I will try something else. (The other RV park did not even mention this place when I asked what else was in the town...upon arrival, I understand why.)
Positives: services work. Super quiet at night. On the same road to the catwalk (3.7 mi away). Self pay kiosk. You'll need to text the reservations manager to reserve and get the codes for the bathroom lock.

Any shortcomings of the TT may be due to my expectations. We shared the "resort" (a fairly rustic RV park) with 3 work crew guys in trailers. Very dusty and nobody slowed up much when entering. Bathhouses are clean, if simple, and they even provide towels. Wifi good, and a good Verizon signal. My husb said the frozen enchiladas were tasty.
