Stopped on this side of the lake because there was a fire on the other side, love this little spot. The geese did party all night long but it just added to the sound of nature.The humans were quiet. They have a picnic table that’s handicap accessible.

Overall Rating
No water no dump no toilets no trash pick up no hiking except on roads. Nothing to see here folks.
Good for a quick overnight like at Walmart except you pay. Sites are level and include table and fire ring full of trash and ashes.

I found space here on Saturday night of Labor Day weekend when all of the SP campgrounds around the lake were overflowing with throngs of people. This place had several sites available. I found space here on Saturday night of Labor Day weekend when all of the SP campgrounds around the lake were overflowing with throngs of people. This place had several sites available. The sites seem to all have a picnic table and metal fire ring. There are plenty of trees and more space between sites than many campgrounds. There is a vault toilet and one site across from it that has paved access for those who need it. There was some road noise and some loud geese that made me need earplugs for falling asleep, but it was otherwise quiet and peaceful. Maybe a tower was down but despite my iPhone showing 4 bars of LTE I could not connect to the internet with any apps. Once I left the campground and got closer to town the internet started working. This has been a problem for me in Idaho this week, so perhaps it’s my phone or perhaps a Verizon issue. I don’t know.
