Overall Rating
Rangers from various parks have told me it does not get busy until Canada Day (July 1). So it was easy to get a spot upon arrival. There were some families around enjoying the beach and campground. It was a good place to crash for the night as we drive down from northern Nova Scotia toward Halifax.

Overall Rating
The roads getting in were rough, but this is a nice Provincial Park not too far from Halifax. The price is USD. Clean bathrooms and large semi-private fairly level sites. Showers are push button, and the one I used in the women's room only lasted 7 seconds. I was about 7 pushes in before I realized that yes, there is hot water! We were there on a Friday night in mid September, and the noises of children happy to be there quieted down shortly after dark.
