Overall Rating

This is a small campground and a little difficult to maneuver for a longer rig. Some spots are harder to get into than others and some spots are not very level. The location is nice since it’s in the trees and right across the road from the BX (there is no commissary). Driving instructions we used said to use the back gate for large RV, but we could have easily made it through the main gate as a 13’ 5” fifth wheel. However, there is a low clearance sign hanging over the turn lane to the main gate when you approach from the north, but it seems to have been left over from before the gate was raised. 🤷‍♂️

Overall Rating

We stayed 2 nights to visit friends and family in the Atlanta area. It's very convenient to north Atlanta. Our site was longer than stated on line with concrete pads and asphalt. We had W/E, grill, and picnic table. We could see the BX from our site. The sites are all wooded with lots of fall leaves. We didn't use the showers. We would stay again if visiting Atlanta.
