We were so grateful that there were 2 sites available when we arrived after hours on a Sunday night without a reservation. The available sites were listed on the board next to the office. We filled out some paperwork and then paid in the morning.
Since we wanted to stay the week, we had to move to a new site and the RV park insisted that one of their staff members guide us to it. This would have been fine, except we were crunched for time and the person taking us to the site didn't know the correct site number and once he got the correct number, he didn't know where it was. We ended up guiding him to it.
Overall, our stay was pleasant. Sites are relatively close together without any privacy between them. There is some road noise but it didn't bother us. $38/night with Good Sam Discount - otherwise $42/night.

The park was very clean and quiet! The ladies that worked in the office were very sweet and the guys working the grounds were always super friendly. The WiFi was very and we we’re able to get 48 channels. I would highly recommend this place!

Wide site with plenty of parking for the truck. Beautiful grounds that are very well maintained. Excellent Verizon 4G coverage; wifi access at site was fair-good and was great up at the lobby. Easy check-in (lots of dedicated check-in parking) and a staff member guides you to your site and helps you get parked.
Amenities: dog park, fitness room, pool, library, laundry room, showers, community room, community kitchen, general store. Free shuttle to nearby casino, easy access to I-17, close to Sedona and other great AZ valley towns. Amazing staff! Highly recommend this park.

Enjoyed the heated pool and huge hot tub several times, both kept immaculately clean! Dog friendly, with a small dog park that I never used for my dogs, they preferred the dirt road behind the park. Places to visit in the area, Montezuma Castle, Jerome, Sedona, all within a short drive. It’s conveniently right off highway 89, so expect road noise from the big trucks coming down the grade. T-mobile cell coverage was very slow.

Have known people who stayed here and have recommended it. I was planning on visiting the area so decided to stay here. As of March 13, 2019, the pool and spa were still under renovation for my entire stay, so if that hot tub and pool are so great, I will have to come back! Still, it was a great stay for me. Sites are close but I had an outside loop site that was great for me. This outer loop is near the interstate so may have some Highway noise but it was March and I didn't have my windows open. Verizon internet for me was non existent (even though I had 2 bars) but my friend with At&T had great service. Loved hiking many of the trails and loved going to the Camp Verde Senior Center for Lunch a couple of days because it was so enjoyable. Laundry, workout room, and shower were all clean and nice

We stayed a little over a month, and while it was generally a decent stay, our experience was tarnished by a rude phone call and an unannounced long-term pool/hot tub closure with no apologies.
We booked one month + 3 days here, on the first of the three extra days I received a call from the front desk and answered to an angry question: “Are you planning on leaving anytime soon?!” It was clear she thought we were squatting, so I explained that we did book 1 month + 3 days and that the person who booked us said she had to book it as two separate stays b/c of their booking system’s limitations. It appeared that she realized that she was wrong and that we were in fact still booked on the site, but she never changed her tone, apologized, or even made a slight suggestion that she was in error and a complete a** hole.👎🏼
We chose this park, in part, because they had an amazing hot tub and pool. We enjoyed it almost every day for the first 2 weeks, and then one freezing night we scurried over to the pool area to see a sign that said it was closed for repair. We were so bummed, but hoped it’d be a quick fix. I went into the office the next day to find out when it’d be back up and running and learned it was closed indefinitely as they were completely refinishing the pool area. Now I realize maintenance and updates are necessary, but surely this was planned in advance and yet we weren’t informed when we were booking, when we checked in, or when the work started... and if we had we might have made other arrangements.👎🏼
Pros:
▪️Hot tub/pool when in service
▪️15-30 min drive to Sedona, Cottonwood (with parks impossible to get into for extended stays)
▪️Decent connection on AT&T hotspot
▪️Clean park, garbage pick up
▪️Club house and bathrooms were nice
▪️Small fitness center
▪️Book exchange
▪️Near Cliff Castle casino and Montezuma’s Castle
Cons:
▪️Aforementioned experiences
▪️Neon casino sign lights up your RV w/ flashing lights at night
▪️Super close campsites
▪️Cement pads are not level at all
▪️Neighbors who play bagpipes every day for 1.5 hours
▪️Highway/road noise🔊

The spaces are very small and the RVs are packed in here. But they do an amazing job helping you back into the site. They were pros about it - they made it very easy for us.
Pool is small but heated and there is a hot tub. The exercise room is tiny, but has enough that you can get a workout done if you need.
WiFI was adequate - sometimes it worked great and other times we could not get anything done. It probably depended on time of day.
Verizon service was spotty. I tried to make a few phone calls and it would drop after a bit. Our mifi did not do so well here - we used the park WiFi more.
Great location if you want to be near Sedona but can’t get into the Sedona RV park.
Can hear the traffic from I-17,but it dies down late at night so it does not keep you awake.
