For $60/night it has the hookups, laundry, shower amenities in a great location. It’s just a little too cramped for a longer stay at that price.

Its very popular here mostly because its the only game in town with hookups. Also the close by, large lakefront Forest Service campground had been closed because of downed trees. And other campgrounds, like Broken Arrow are opening real late in the season because of " lack of staff" we were told...Recreation in the Diamond Lake area is a short season.
When we were here in mid June half the RV Park was empty and still certain trash receptacles were always overflowing. We hope they get the trash picked up more often. Bathhouse's are old and dated but get the job done.
Bring lots of mosquito repellent of every kind you can think of because they are ferocious! We kept up on the spraying and still got bit up. Down at boat dock , and lake edge its windy, so no mosquitoes...
Also no wifi and zero cell coverage at the RV Park itself, we had to go to the end of the boat dock, or day use area to get any coverage at all with AT&T and Verizon.

The area is gorgeous, but spotty cell service and no wifi. The lodge up the road is old and a little dirty with fair to poor service. Also no WiFi there.

We did need a charge for our Rivian R1T however and W23 was the perfect spot. They don’t reserve it for campers anymore due to a manhole cover, but it did have a recently upgraded 50 amp service that turned out to be a reassuring lifesaver as towing our trailer uphill really negatively impacted our range. Turned out to be the perfect spot. They were able to make some $ on an otherwise unrentable site and I topped up the batteries. Win-win!

We had a distant view of the lake, which was nice. Laundry room was great. Didn’t use showers or restrooms so can’t review those. There are plenty of chipmunks running around the campground. They didn’t bother us and we enjoyed the free entertainment. They are very lively in the morning and retire to their burrows before sunset. Just keep your food picked up and don’t leave anything on the picnic table or you will have new furry friends. 😊. Great pizza place we walked to from camp and it was great. Recommend. They are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We stayed 3 nights. We would stay again for sure. Office was very nice and helpful at checkin. My only other comment would be to keep the length of weeds and grass shorter around camp.

We rode our E-bikes out of the park on the paved trail around Diamond Lake, enjoyed the resort restaurant, and took a day to visit Crater Lake.
The only thing that keeps us from giving 5 stars is the number of critters in the park… gophers, chipmunks, squirrels, birds, etc. you don’t dare leave any food out unattended!

Lots of birds, bats and furry critters to keep you entertained!
The park went completely quiet at 9:00 PM, so a peaceful night was enjoyed both nights.
About a 20 minute drive to Crater Lake.
The spaces were fairly large gravel pads with plenty of room between rigs. Ours (W-16) had a pretty good slope from front to rear, so much so that we could not use one of our rear stabilizers. Not a big deal.
What really made this place shine was the staff! They made unobtrusive passes through the park and were always available to answer questions or help in any way they could.
On our check out day I discovered I lost the receiver hitch pin. DOH! The staff helped us track one down in the middle of nowhere. The nearest town that may have had one is at least 70 miles away. When we were hooking up, a staff member rolled up to check on us to make sure we were OK.
Then after we got all set to go, I discovered my breakaway brake switch had failed after pulling partway out of our space. The same staff member came back after he helped with a back in to trouble shoot the problem. He spent at least 45 minutes messing with it. We finally came up with a temporary fix to get us on the road.
All was done with a friendly attitude, a smile and a laugh!
We ended up checking out an hour late, and were invited to come on back anytime, even after being a pain in the butt!
I did not get the staff members name, but he was an older guy who looked like he could have played linebacker with the 1975 Chicago Bears. A real pleasant, good nature guy! He was not exception. All the staff was same!
We will stay there again!

Clean restrooms and laundry room. It was great they helped us back into the site. But the hook-ups were inconveniently located and my site was so narrow that the picnic table was BEHIND my camper!!! Therefore, I never used it! Too bad, because it was a nice, new picnic table. There was intermittent teasing sessions on the Internet; NO cell service; rarely able to text. Honestly, this campground could add a booster because 5G service was available about a mile down the road at the picnic area and at a public boat launch. The sites were extremely dirty and dusty with a small spattering of gravel. My little white dog had to be bathed a couple of times while we were there before I would allow her in the camper or the truck.
The campground was conveniently located to the north entrance of Crater Lake and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Although, I might consider staying somewhere else in the area based solely on the fact that I COULD get signal in other places, if this were the only place with availability, I'd stay here again. It's not at all terrible but I feel the owners could do a little bit more to make this a more comfortable, top notch place to stay.
