“Good location, needs some work.”

Reviewed May 16, 2017

Overall Rating

Most of A loop and some lower B loop sites flood in winter/spring when rains are heavy. RV pads are narrow and some are quite short. Site B31 barely fit a 22ft overall trailer and extended cab long bed truck. Boat dock path cut off by a 10 ft stretch of water over the path through the wetlands. Park is right inside the city, great location, wooded sites. Community center with area information is only a block away as you come to Highway 101.

“Floods During the Rain!”

Reviewed Nov 02, 2014

Overall Rating

This park is very pretty, and practically right in town so it is super convenient! Unfortunately, during the rainy season the sites FLOOD. Some of them very badly. We were there in October and the entire A loop was closed. We started out in site B3 and it was so bad, we asked to move. Sites B22, 26, 28, etc. up on the hill were pretty dry and still had full hook-ups.

The lake is pretty, and you can walk out to the docks. Swimming is farther away (for kids) and most don't recommend it anyway. We could also walk to the beach at the D River State Park area and that beach is gorgeous!

Overall, Lincoln City is a cute town, and we had fun with the friends we came to see!
