Booked way ahead for a June spot. Unfortunately we arrived during a heat wave. But we toughed it out and hiked in the early morning and a little at dusk. The upside of the weather was that the campground - despite being booked the whole time we were there - was only about half full after all.
Site was fabulous. Rock formations IN our campsite! Kids were blown away. Short walk to one of the large arches. The group camps looked amazing, and the sites down at the turnaround may have had a bit more shade. But we were ecstatic. Really, we've never been anywhere like this and it was quite beautiful and alien all at the same time.
Be warned: no cell coverage and the drive is quite a ways in to the park, so prepare with water and supplies in Moab before you drive in. Wonderful free "water from the heavens" at the local outdoor store (can't remember the name).

Our campsite was nestled between pinon trees and some great bouldering rocks. The noise level was a bit elevated but that was due to family groups and being fully booked. Everyone took care to observe quiet hours.
The ground was paved at each site and we had plenty of room for our tiny car. The only thing I regret is only finding 1 night available for reservation. Moab has so much to do and this campground is so beautiful it's worth a multiple day trip.
March nights are COLD but a 20 degree bag will keep you warm- cooking in the morning was the hard part.

Devils Garden Campground is the only RV accessible campground in Arches National Park. It is all the way at the end of the main park road. This is nice because you are so deep into the park, but it makes the things closer to the entrance a bit of a drive to get to. The pull offs along the road are for the most part, smaller RV and Trailer friendly, but we opted to go straight to camp and then come back and check out the various spots.
Most of the sites in the campground appeared fairly small. Be sure to check the reservation site for the size of the individual sites. If possible I would book in the circle and not along the road. Site 46 was huge and gave us a lot of space to stretch out. This is dry camping at its best. So dry that some (a lot) will go home with you. It has been 6 months since we were there and we are still finding red sand in our rig. We loved staying in this park. We felt we were right in the middle of it all and that was an awesome feeling.
There was a dish-washing station on-site and dumpsters for trash. There was also a restroom but we didn't use them.
We stayed here in late April. Weather was great but a bit on the windy side. Wearing a lite jacket seemed to resolve that though.
No cell service...
