Great stay. People in the park make it home for all. You can rent by the day, week, month, seasonal or yearly. I find these options appealing. Very clean. Many many of miles if atv/biking and hiking trails right from the park. Quartzite is about 25 minutes away as well as Parker. Propane pickup and drop off was is a great service. Bingo every Tuesday night. Many card games daily. Jam session every Wednesday. Will be back in October.

“Pleasant experience ”

I stayed here for the month of December 2017 and it was a great park with friendly people.
Pros:
Large gravel sites. Some with concrete pad.
Fenced in dog run
Clean bathrooms
Nice laundromat
Propane pickup, filled and deliver to your site
ATV trail runs
I had a site near the office and WiFi was decent.

Cons:
Nonstop HWY noise
Railroad tracks across from park
I could not get good cell service but I am told service is better with a booster

Monthly rate $250 + electric- .18kw
