No there is no height restriction on the bridges in that area.

Height should not be an issue. I saw several large 5th wheel rigs in the Deschutes Campground. However, be advised that the approach to the bridge has a hard and sharp right turn, like 90 degrees, on both ends of the bridge. You don't want to meet another rig in those turns.
