This campground right off interstate was easy off and easy on. The owner and workers were so accommodating. It is immaculate in appearance, and very comfortable stay for a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay again if in the area. There is interstate noise, but that doesn’t bother us.

This campground was in the perfect location for our stop over from the smoky mountains to Oklahoma. We looked at this campground and it was full. However, on our return trip, we didn’t have a stopped planned so we called in the morning and they had several openings that were not on their website. Their check in process was easy and it was done via text. The owner called when we were a few minutes away and helped to vector us into our campsite. The sights were very level and we did not even need to unhitch. It was near a McDonald’s and a gas station. This was the perfect location if you’re lucky enough to get a spot! We had electric, water, and sewer. All of the spots are designed to be pull through. It will handle big rigs. We traveled in a 31 ft Airstream Classic and had plenty of space.

We were looking for something easy off I40. Site was level. Quality sewer and water hookups. No issues. Check-in was simple. Had dinner at the Old Sawmill which was really good and within walking distance. WiFi worked well and cell signal was good.

As others have mentioned it's a nice little overnight spot off I40. The owner made checkin easy. He was pleasant to work with. Camping sites are nicely spaced - not on top of each other. Try the Sawmill Cafe if you are looking for comfort food too.

Ideal campground for a quick night on the move down I-40. Campground check in was easy, price affordable, the pull through sites level, clean, and convenient, and the campground incredibly close to the interstate with shops conveniently right nearby. Great spot to stop en route!!

Great spot hidden behind a shopping area. Right off the highway with large pull-through sites, a friendly camp owner and full hook-ups. No laundry or bathroom facilities, but perfect for what we needed.

Great place to stay overnight, right off the highway. Reasonably priced. While you are there, travel down the street and try Delta Q BBQ. It doesn’t disappoint.

Little hard to find. Once you exit from I 40 (heading west), take a right at the first stoplight by the Exxon gas station. Watch out for the big pothole! There is a small sign. You will think you are going into a strip mall. Immediately behind the gas station is a small sign for Delta Ridge on the right. The road is a bit rough until you get into the campground but it’s short. Called the phone number on sign at the entrance, and owner gave us our site number. Interior roads and sites are nicely graveled. Sites are a bit narrow but long enough for MH and toad. Mostly level but leaned a bit to the driver’s side. There is a strip of grass and a tree or two between sites. Utilities placed appropriately, and we had no problems. The owner was very pleasant to interact with. He obviously takes pride in his park, and it shows as it is neat and well-cared for. He came to the RV for payment and instructions. Satellite should be ok as there are no real trees to block the signal. Verizon 4g 2 bars. WII FI works but it’s a too slow for my patience level. I don’t understand the reviews that say you can’t hear the traffic from I-40. It is loud and constant. At one point, I honestly thought they were plowing through the RV park. If I could just move this park to a quieter place, it would get a rave review.
