Campendium brought us right to the park, but a local police officer told us where we could park as there were no signs. We filled some water for our holding tank and didn’t use the dump as we didn’t need it. Took a walk through the sweet well maintained park and sat by the river. Campendium GPS coords were accurate for me. This is a wonderful gift co-located with the city park. A 2-holer with available freshwater, nearby ice vending machines, and bathrooms. No rinse water. The freshwater spigot is, oddly, right next to the sewer holes, so some unscrupulous folks might be using it for rinse water as well. ... more
Campendium GPS coords were accurate for me.
This is a wonderful gift co-located with the city park. A 2-holer with available freshwater, nearby ice vending machines, and bathrooms. No rinse water. The freshwater spigot is, oddly, right next to the sewer holes, so some unscrupulous folks might be using it for rinse water as well. You might want to sanitize the nozzle before using it for freshwater. Easy in, easy out for any size equipment.
One can also boondock one night in the co-located park.
Spend some money in town to say thank you.

So appreciate this dump site. Convenient and clean (as much as a dump site can be). Bathrooms right there as well. Water to clean and fill. Thank you City of Del Norte.

This is an oasis for RVs. Free water and dump. Enter from either side at the corner of Spruce Street and First Street. 2 dumps, one water spigot. Can camp here for one night in the parking lot.
