We chose this park due to showers and flush toilets but on Jen 13 they were not open. Lovely camping area, all paved but that was what we were looking for

We were there today, 9/28 , but the showers were already closed. So as all the other campgrounds in the neighborhood.
We were forced to drive south.

Pull in campsite, paved and level. Located in a cedar forest. Fairly secluded from adjoining sites. Clean pit toilets, flush toilets and showers. Showers are free to campers. Quiet

Nice campground and well groomed and maintained. There are clean restrooms, I walked and drove around the grounds and it appears as though site number 12 & 14 are the best in terms of privacy along with a nice mix of shade for relaxation and solar for a charge. For site #12, I would not go longer than a 20 foot travel trailer plus your vehicle. Other sites accommodated longer RV’s.
Generators are permitted until 10 PM. Unfortunately, we had two sets of folks that ran their generator until the very last minute. Way too late in my opinion. The road is reasonably close and you can hear some traffic, but it’s not a highly traveled road and therefore, barely worth mentioning.
My cell phone carrier is AT&T and although I’m only displaying two-three bars, I was able to stream video.
I traveled Highway 318 & 191 which was mostly asphalt with some dirt. With the exception of a few miles where you needed to take it a little slower, any size rig would be just fine. I took it a little faster than I probably should’ve and a few of my cabinets threw up on the floor.
I floated the Green River with a local guide and had an awesome time. Wade fishing on your own is a lot of fun also. It’s August and we threw nothing but big dries with a smaller trailer fly. If you’re nymphing, go small.
This is a stunning area and worth visiting.

The fishing at the nearby marina is very good.
The views are spectacular.
The only down falls are that the campgrounds are not receiving the funds needed to make this place a awesome place.

The campground is beautiful all paved roads and sites, all fairly level. Flush toilets and showers available. Free to Campers registered in the campground and $4 for others.
Dump station and potable water available for a $6 fee.
Access to the marina with rental boats.
Had a great day on the water taking in all the great views from the water.
The cost is $25 a night but $12.50 with a senior parks pass.
This campground is very close to the Flaming Gorge Reservoir. A hydro electric dam is located about one mile away with a great visitor center.
There is fishing in the Reservoir, and great fly fishing on the Green river on the downstream side of the dam with great access. A boat launch is available on the downstream side of the dam for those hearty souls who wish to float the Green river and fish.
There is a Marina located just a short way from the campground with a boat launch, a fuel dock, restaurant and small store with very friendly staff.
There are several different boats available to rent, which we took advantage of and spent the day enjoying the fantastic views of Flaming Gorge from the water.
The campground is very clean, there are very well maintained restrooms with flush toilets and showers , the roads and sites were all paved with picnic tables and fire pits, there is potable water available throughout but no electric, water or septic hookups in the campground. Potable water and a dump station are located just down the road, for a fee of $6 you can dump and refill your tank.

The close by dump station was closed when we were there so prepare for that possibility.
