Overall Rating

Typical NFCG. Rustic sites arranged in a loop. Our site was quite spacious. There’s not much to do if you don’t have watercraft. The campground is about 20 miles from US 2. It was pretty empty for a Friday night. That might be in part due to the remote location (3 miles down a well-maintained gravel road) and the fact that Canadian wildfires are affecting air quality. That said, if you like getting away from it all, this would be a great place to do it.
