This is an RV park, and in no way could it be considered a campground. Located in a busy area on the outskirts of Denver, the road noise was atrocious. The sites are tight and uneven. We paid $100 for the night.
Appreciate it for what it is, a stop on our adventure.

Side note: the roads in Denver are deplorable!!!

With reservations booked for our Classic Airstream, we pulled into Dakota Ridge RV and backed into assigned site B1 only to find TWO sewer connectors for site B2 right at our stairs. It appears this site should be used for B van or a rig that pulls into the site, rather than back in, but I question this because on the opposite side there was another sewer hookup directly under the picnic table. Delectable, right? We were then sent to A10 which was too small for our Airstream. With no other sites available and the manager out to lunch, we chose to roll down the road.
I have since called and asked to have (non-refundable) deposit returned as there really wasn't a site for us when we booked and I was told 'no refunds'. 'Corporate' was mentioned but no contact information could be given to me. It seems the owners are never on site, per staff.
We have stayed here in the past but will no longer consider this stop with the management and policies in place. If you choose to stay, book ahead to secure a pull through, confirm and reconfirm that they actually have a site that works, then cross your fingers. Dispute resolution begun with our credit card company.

There is a very busy biker club right across the street. Don't stay here unless you like the constant sound of loud motorcycle exhausts.
Park is nothing special otherwise either. Convenient location. Packed like sardines.

Even thought the owners were very aware of their pets and kept control it still made us nervous for our pets. Two days into our 4 day stay, they lost water on our side of the park. They did NOT inform anyone that THE WATER WAS OFF, THEY DID NOT INFORM ANYONE TO PRE FILL THEIR TANKS. We had to ask what was going on. They never provided updates…..Two days on our tank, we were able to conserve to make it thru, but our traveling companions were tight. We were not impressed with the management of this park…..everything has an additional cost, and they never offered a discount or a water truck to help out. RV INN is the management company they need to be more in tune to their guests and provide the services they advertise. Management acted like it was no big deal to pull your already set up camper over to get water on the other side of the park. WE WONT BE BACK!

I mean, it’s basically in town RV park. Good pool, decent sites. A bit loud due to it’s proximity to I-70, 6th Avenue and C-470. But all in all, a place to hang a hat for an evening, or if you are visiting on the west side of town, you are close to everything.

Seemed more like a long term storage lot. Lots of units parked w no one in them. Spots were mostly level, but the whole park was poorly kept and run down. Bathhouse was roomy but also run down. Lots of traffic noise. Best thing about the park was the local “Quickie Mart” across the street for basic groceries, etc.

We stayed here for a week and weren’t very impressed by any means. The front of the park faces a very loud biker bar across the street and the backside which we stayed on butts up to some shop with loud tools/machines a good portion of the day so not a very quiet place anywhere you stay. There are a laundry list of rules and things you can’t do which is always off putting for a campground. There are not many trees so there’s barely any shade so if it’s hot outside there’s really no escape from it. It has laundry but it was the most expensive we’ve seen so far at $3 per wash and $2.50 per dryer load. And they only allow propane fires, not even charcoal grills so for someone who loves a good campfire and to grill on my charcoal grill that was a major negative mark.
We work remotely so good wi-fi is always a bonus but unfortunately this wi-fi was barely usable, even for just using your phone, which is not unusual for a campground but still worth noting. Luckily our Verizon service consistently had 3-4 bars of 5G so we were able to use our jet pack for any internet needs.
The positive things that took it from a 2 star to a 3 star is that the sites are a pretty good size, it’s close to a lot of stores, restaurants, etc, it has a small pool and hot tub (hot tub was out of order while we stayed here), and it has a cool hill you can climb and see views of Denver. We stayed in site M29 which as I mentioned was sort of in the back and was spacious enough for what we needed. The sites are also all concrete so leveling was very easy. Oh, and it had a lot of cute rabbits running around!
Overall it wasn’t the worst place we’ve ever stayed by any means but we would likely not stay here again unless we were just passing through for a night or two and/or if nothing else in the area was available.

One of their washers was out of order, and there were always people waiting to do laundry. Hot tub was out of order as well. My site was directly next to an industrial facility with construction machines and guys yelling starting at 5 am, not to mention one of them ran a dump truck into an electric pole and killed power for the whole block including the rv sites for a day. There appears to be a sewer hook up at M21, but I was told I can’t use it so I have to dump at the dump station up front. The concrete pad is nice and level but the grass area slopes into a ditch and it smells like urine. They have wifi but i mostly used my data bc it was so slow. The people are friendly, but it’s too expensive for what it is. The biker bar across the street was actually not a problem for me as it was for others… they have good breakfast, let me bring my dogs with me, and I didn’t feel unsafe as a single woman there.

I made a reservation for an extended stay over the Winter. The reservstionist completely falsely represented the park's rules regulations and fees. When management changed and I called to get an update on the situation I requested a refund because I was told complete wrong information. I was then hung up on when I requested a receipt for the refund as I still see no credit issued. I emailed them twice politely asking for proof of the refund. They then told me any further communication would be considered harrasment and they would report me to the police. What!? Will be disputing charges and filed a BBB claim. So shocked at the lack of professionalism you messed up, okay apologize and move on don't attack your customer base.
