This was an interesting stop as there was no one to pay in sight. There was something going on at the fairgrounds, but, I didn't see anyone walking around. The gates were all open, and at the entrance to the RV camping area the gate was off the hinges. However, there were several RVs there of different sizes and class. There was at least one car camper. We went there to be near the Rock and Roll Music Hall of Fame. We had no problems with the hookups or the neighbors. I exercised my dog in a huge grassy (vacant) parking lot across the road.

Great for seeing Cleveland's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. 50amp hook up, water pressure was low but it worked. Parking was just up to everyone as to how you wanted to park. One side has hook ups and easy to figure out because this is the side everyone is on lol. Close to Aldi to refill the pantry. (.5 mi away)

This is a nice place to stay and met our needs for being close to Cleveland so we could do the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It is a grass parking lot with full hock up. There is no picnic table or fire ring or shower. You can walk into fair grounds to use the bathroom which is clean. The site was quite and very few people are parked here today (Monday into Tuesday) but I hear the week of the fair it is busy. Nearby are stores and restaurants. I felt safe and slept well here.

If there is an event going on you may get locked out of the camping area and have to find someone to let you back in - the fence surrounds the entire camping area for safety.
We were there during an Irish Festival which was lively, but the camping area was quiet.
Not scenic, but if you'd like to be in the area (town is pretty) it'll suffice.

Typical fairground site. A little expensive but did have full hookup. We arrived late and they said just pay in am at office. Pretty quiet. Had cell and tv services.

I was very hesitant to stay here, but the Cleveland Oktoberfest was over Labor Day weekend and my husband thought it would be convenient to stay and attend the festival. I was worried the camping area would be easily visible to all festival attendees, but it was out of sight enough that we had difficulty finding it and we had to ask. It's a camping area at a fairground, so expectations were low. It's certainly not much to speak of, and some sights are better than others, but we managed to find one that we could live with. Not all sites have water and sewer, but electric is readily available, so we only had a handful of sites to choose from.
There are no amenities and it's first come, first served. The spots are grass and there aren't any clear lines between sites, but it was fairly level. We had good luck with the electric (50 amp), water and sewer, although they aren't located in the best place, so connecting can be a challenge.
We contacted the office ahead of time, and had to call again to locate where it was to pay. I don't think it's mandatory to contact them ahead of time, but they are only in the office M,W,F.
We felt safe and even though the festival ran until midnight, there wasn't much noise after midnight, and it was quiet before the festival. With all the first album activity, it got very dusty, but wasn't bad before the festival. It was super convenient to be able to walk to and from the festival, and that was a big plus. It's also one of the closest places to stay if you want to visit Clevleand and don't need a pool, playground, etc. At $30/night it's far from a deal, but the location is its selling point.
It's good for what it is, but it's parking at the fairgrounds. I would consider it if we needed to visit Cleveland again, but I wish there was somewhere better.

Spoke with someone today after a week of no one responding to our calls and they confirmed closed right now secondary to unknown sewer issues.
