Overall Rating
After a disastrous stay at Elk Creek campground we made our way to Curly Jack. Beautiful little forest service campground that has sites big enough for our 34 footer. We stayed here in early October so we had it almost to ourselves. Park was clean and vault toilets were clean. Paved pads and each site has a table and fire pit. Great place to stay while we explored the area.

Overall Rating
We stayed at Curly Jack Campground 1 night after it opened for the season and we were the only people there. It's a nice looking National Forest campground with decent space between the spots and lots of trees. Our spot was good for solar, but many are in the shade. We checked out the other parks in the area, and if you don't need hookups, this is the best option in Happy Camp.
