I called ahead to make sure I could get in and was told the gate would most likely be open but everything else closed up. Bathrooms are open, the water spigots are off. Very quiet out here. Most spots have a covered picnic table. As far as level spots, you’re on grass with maybe some gravel, not really graded level. The 1/4 mile road in is gravel with washboard all the way. You’ll want to go real slow.

The campus came over shortly after we set up and collected our fees.

You can swim there, however no plastic can be in the water (boats, kayaks, etc.) it does get pretty windy for an hour or two at a time! Also there are SO MANY EARWIGS!! Overall it was a great time and we’d love to go back.

For dry camping, $15 is right on my line so we decided to stay but cut the stay by one day to make up for it. At $10 I would have given it 5 stars but dry camping in the middle of no where for $15, next time I'd just drive up to Murtaugh Lake Park Campground where you get electric and water for that price with the lake view.

Park 5 ft from the lake(our golden retriever swam in it all day). Nice grass and a covered picnic table/fire pit at every site. There are two camping areas (each with about 6 sites) and we had plenty of room in our 30ft class A motor home. Day 1 there was a single other camper there and another showed up day two. 10 min drive from the highway and you only need to drive on a dirt road for about 1/4 mile to enter the campsite. No hookups! And supposed to be $10 per night but no fee box and no camphost so we could not pay, but would have been worth it! Stop here!!!! Perfect ATT service. Zoom calls no problem.

Because the water is off and it is not part of the normal season the fee was waived. We pulled in at sunset and it was a very easy drive in. There were 2 other rigs parked here and the site were large and flat. This was a perfect spot to stop for the night on our way to SLC.

This is a very nice campground and big rig friendly. All 13 sites are long, about 50’ and level. Some sites are doubles. Each site has a covered picnic table on a concrete pad and a fire ring. Sites are all back in but there is plenty of room. There are several large tent sites and a group area that has to be reserved.

The "boat ramp" is closed to boats, but offers a good access to Stone Reservoir for swimming. Plenty of birds to be seen and heard.
Most sites can accommodate a Big Rig up to 40ft (double site may accommodate 44ft, but the turn around would be tight due to grass center)

While there isn’t much to do in this area, the small little reservoir is very picturesque with lots of birds in the late Springtime. If you had a kayak or paddleboard this would be a great spot but the ramp to the lake is overgrown and hard to access. Many of our fellow campers managed their way onto the lake but we just enjoyed relaxing and watching the birds.
The access road is dirt but maintained very well so that anyone can make there way safely to the small park. The toilets were clean but the property was overgrown with weeds and tall grass. We were here in late May of 2020 so the pandemic may have had something to do with the tall grass.
The second night of our stay a freak wind storm did come through which caused us some issues when it pushed the canvas of our rig so hard that the attachment rail broke away. Not a fun repair. All that to say that the wind could be an issue.
