Sites are close together & the sites on the back side of the lake are tight to back into. All hookups are at the rear of the sites and numerous sites have the hookups on the opposite side so have plenty of sewer hose. The majority of the park is full-time residents. Despite rules requiring sites to be kept up that is sadly not the case with many of them.
Road noise is not bad for the most part considering the location is a suburb of a major city. Noise within the park is quiet. Except for a couple of convenience stores & a Dollar General all services are at least 10-15 minutes away.
As another reviewer pointed out, drainage on the concrete & grass is poor.
Michael would stay here again

Stayed over Christmas 2023. We were a little surprised at how close the spaces were. For about $60 a night!!! Everyone pretty crammed in there…It rained a couple of days and the water has no where to run off to. All concrete besides one grassy square that was soggy for days. Everyone pretty crammed in there…It rained a couple of days and the water has no where to run off to. All concrete besides one grassy square that was soggy for days. For 2 nights in a row there were police cars in the park…not sure if it was a problem or just security. A plus for us was that it was convenient to family, and the spot was level.

Park was perfect for our one week stay while visiting family. There are a lot of long term residents there, but pretty quiet for the most part. We did have neighbors for most of the week that left their dog outside on a line, which was against park rules, that would bark every so often and it didn’t appear anyone was driving around to enforce these rules. We paid a weekly rate of $225 and had a pull through site. Entrance into the park is a little confusing. There are 2 entrances and you need to use the second one, but there was no sign indicating this when we pulled in. All our info on our site number, gate code and laundry codes were emailed to us since there was nobody at registration to greet us. The park Wi-Fi was actually pretty decent and both our AT&T/Verizon coverage had no issues. During our stay we did experience some rain and thunderstorms and we noticed A LOT of the sites had a good deal of flooding. We also noticed there wasn’t any drainage at the sites so just be aware during your setup that anything on the ground might be laying in water at some point. Also, hookups are at the rear of the pull through sites, so if your rig is like ours, our power and sewer are at the front and we had to use an extension and 3 sewer hose lengths. For some of the back in sites, we noticed that the connections were not only at the back of the site, but on the passenger side of the trailers instead of the driver side. A little strange. Laundry room was clean and had plenty of machines and was $2 to wash and $2 dry. Would stay again since the price was right and plenty of shopping nearby.
