First come first served, get there early. We got the last spot which is perfect for a smaller 16ft or smaller travel trailer.
Cute little place for $20, water and electricity
you have to walk up the hill to get Verizon service

I arrived about 45 minutes after sunset, and it was very difficult to find my way around. Signage is almost nonexistent. I was the only person in the entire park for the night. The dump station wasn't working, and the non-paved areas of the campsites were all extremely muddy. All that having been said, I found the campground/park to ... more
I arrived about 45 minutes after sunset, and it was very difficult to find my way around. Signage is almost nonexistent. I was the only person in the entire park for the night. The dump station wasn't working, and the non-paved areas of the campsites were all extremely muddy.
All that having been said, I found the campground/park to be quite pleasant and peaceful. One of the campsites had an incredible-looking smoker/grill, which I wish I had the time and equipment to take a vantage of.
All in all, recommended.

I stayed here 3 nights. I was the only camper and there were only a few people that came in to fish the lake. It’s a former state park now ran by SWOSU as an outdoor college lab essentially. I stayed here 3 nights. I was the only camper and there were only a few people that came in to fish the lake. It’s a former state park now ran by SWOSU as an outdoor college lab essentially. Water and electric with a dump station. Nice level concrete pad sites, walking trail, lake, etc. Not enough cell service for a data connection, but no problem with text and calls (Verizon).
