Overall Rating

Wonderful campground with great staff and activities. Swimming, docks/fishing, playground, boat/kayak rentals, and a little store. New bathhouse and dog walk area. Sites are all grassy and flat. Overall, great experience every time we’ve come (at least 3 times). Highly recommend for kids- it’s nice and small and tons for them to do. Oh, and DNR public boat launch next door.

“Worst Camping Experience. ”

Overall Rating

We were continually harassed by the staff. One day it was because of our puppies. Next day it was because of $30 for wood, which they then tried to over charge us for. Next day it was because we parked in OUR camp site but was in the way for other people to back into there camping spot with a camper. We were the only camp site with tents and were told we should have known to move our vehicle, and “we were the only camp site to look like that”. We continually got watched like hawks. 2 of the older men kept eye bawling our kids and kept talking to them but would ignore us. Worst experience by far with the staff.
