Yes One right next yo the restrooms, I am in #11. It has a paved side walk to the restroom. Excellent WiFi in this part of the campground Call reservations, there might be more but there is a sign on at least one of the camping sites

Not certain - the reservation system does not indicate whether sites are handicap accessible or not. There are a number of large, flat campsite pads that would seem to work well, but I would recommend calling the Park Office and ask to be certain.
