Cove Creek RV Park

Surrounded by scenic mountains. No frills RV park, fairly isolated with mostly farmland in the area. Windy, hilly roads in, probably tough for larger rigs. Easy drive to Old Fort, Black Mountain, and about 30 min to Asheville. Most RV parks in the area were either much more expensive or they limited use of Passport America. Jean let us use P.A. for the whole week we stayed. Probably wouldn't pay $30/night here. There was only one other couple actually staying at the park, although there were three other RVs hooked up at sites. The bathhouse was closed for the season. Trash cans over-filled the week we were there with only two sites occupied. No wifi, got 4 UNCTV channels with antenna, and so-so cell service.
