This campground was very hard to find. Most of the sites are a weird shape. Bathrooms were clean .
This campground also has equestrian sites available. It is very quiet and secluded.

“Fishing, peace & quiet”

Quiet forest service campground with boat ramp, fire rings and picnic tables. You can glimpse the lake through the trees from some sites but there are no "lake views". Fishing is good - bass and trout. At the time of our visit in mid-August, only 1 other campsite was occupied. Stock up on groceries before you get here - only "mini-marts" close by.

Some sites can accommodate larger rigs, but leveling may be a challenge.

We were able to boost our cell signal enough to work and even stream some video (although you won't be able to stream high def).

Most sites are very shady, but site 21 had a canopy opening that let us use our portable solar panel for some charging. You'll need to move it often though to chase the sun.
