Formerly Summer Breeze, this so-called “Quality” RV resort near Conroe has so much potential with ponds throughout and what could be lovely vistas. Formerly Summer Breeze, this so-called “Quality” RV resort near Conroe has so much potential with ponds throughout and what could be lovely vistas.
Unfortunately, our pull-through “premium” spot was surrounded by permanent residents. Our primary views were hobbled together “structures” and sun-faded travel trailers surrounded by junk. In fact, our neighbor was “borrowing” electricity from our site.
It’s obvious that this destination isn’t an RV resort as much as it’s a trailer park. We saw very little movement of RVs while here. Most of the RVs couldn’t move without work and destroying the huts, shacks, and sheds.
Don’t let the prices fool you. We paid premium prices for a below average destination.
If management moved permanent residents away from those nomadic travelers, it could be nicer.

Overall Rating
We spent a month here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The park is peaceful, secure, well managed. Laundry, nice hot tub, pool and club house.
