This is our second year through this park. It is so easy to get our big rig in and out. The pull through sites are very generous. We are 75ft overall. Nancy is always welcoming and the place is very clean and well kept.

Newbies at vacations with a travel trailer, but so far so happy. 2016 Mini Lite 21RS fit my wife and myself just fine and with this trip being our longest to date, 1826 miles, it was very comfortable. Cottonwood RV in Bluff UT was a great location that included reliable wi-fi, operational hook ups and showers that served consistent hot water with good pressure. Not a KOA or a resort destination nor were we looking for one. Now I do believe that we were spoiled due to the fact that the park was virtually empty. Great launching point for Bears Ears National Monument, Hovenweep and other hikes. Evening rain make us cancel most of our planned canyon hikes but all ended up great. Would I return to Cottonwood RV Park, indeed.

This is an excellent park that is right in Bluff. The owner, Nancy, was very pleasent and helpful. The spots are very clean with excellent large gravel. The park is close to many sights.

Worth noting, however that the work from the road prospects here aren’t great - WiFi was a bit intermittent and cell reception was no better.

We got in late, so called an booked online. Nancy is the owner and was very nice to talk with. Due to COVID, the showers and bathrooms were closed, so can't comment on that. However, the whole CG was neat and clean. Very quiet. Would stay here again.

Wish I'd had more time to explore the area! This was really just a quick stop for me en route to Arizona during some cold weather. It snowed a bit one night I was here (in late October).

The sites were gravel, level and plenty of space for our 34’ 5th wheel. Dogs are welcome, on leash and I appreciated and respected Nancy’s request to keep them off the green grass where tent campers camp. The town of Bluff is a good stop over and is located close enough to many of the areas attractions. Cell service was not very good in the area.
