We stayed here over the 4th of July and it was very quiet aside from the many cars driving down the gravel road. We were able to get the only available site. There is a very popular trailhead at the end of the road so if you dont mind people driving by regularly then this is a great spot. We felt we had a great deal of privacy despite ... more

This is a great boondocking spot close to Sun Valley/Ketchum, however it seems to be a popular area with mountain bikers so a lot of cars were driving on the road every day to drop off and pick up bikers at the end of the road. We were looking for place to stay that would be convenient to town and hiking. We're self contained and don't use facilities. We stated on weeknights in late June in our 25 foot MH.
