Overall Rating

The registration & documentation for this park is ridiculous. I’ve bought cars & houses with less paperwork! This is definitely a long term facility. Sites are close. Pricey! Drive on down I35 & find something else.

Overall Rating

We stayed here for 1 month for work. It was basically the only monthly spot in the area that we could find. They have really nice laundry facilities that are open 24/7 with a door code and can pay electronically on your phone, which is way more convenient than having to have quarters. Unfortunately, there are no bathhouses. It’s right off the highway, so the sound of traffic is pretty constant. Not great for atmosphere or relaxation, but a good location if needing to be in the Dallas/Ft Worth area.
