Corning RV Park

I had great hopes for this place. The sites are nice size and residents friendly, but the office was closed, voicemail full, and so I spoke with a resident who said I could use one of the first three sites and someone would stop by to collect the fee. Nobody stopped by, I had no access codes to bathroom, and discovered there was a boil water order after filling my fresh tank 2/3rds full.

I would check on this place in a few months or so. I think there is some kind of personal crisis or health problem, but as it was, we never paid and figured we were even since I’ll spend 30$ sanitizing my water tank. As a full-time place, it might be a good option as you could get bottled water, but most overnighters won’t find what they need.

This is one of my top 3 RV parks in the state of California. Nick the property manager is a warm and greeting guy. He runs a tight ship when it comes to the upkeep of the grounds and customer service. If you need to be in the city and surrounding areas, this is the rv park you should consider. Easy access of interstate 5 and though close to the freeway, surprisingly quiet at night. The bathrooms/ showers and laundry are immaculate. The grass is green, thick and lush and the fenced in dog play area is equipped with tennis balls, frizbees and a pooper scooper. They've thought of everything right down to the enjoyment of our pets. The park is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants etc. Each rv site is nicely spaced a part, all are huge pull throughite with full hookups. Each site is extremely level. Cannot say enough about this little jewel of an rv park in northern ca. Full bars cell service and Wi-Fi pretty reliable!

We stayed at this park the beginning of the year, New management, he's really kind, has a great sense of humor. Our dogs loved getting to see other pets their at the large fenced in dog park. The bathrooms have a nice wood like style to it! Prices are fair, would highly recommend this park if you like the outskirts of the city, not to noisy especially being right off the freeway. Large huge pull-thru sites and full hookups!
