The owners of Coral Sands are friendly, accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. We stayed here for a week as a base to Bears Ears, Monument Valley, and Canyon de Chelly. If you’re interested in cave dwellings there are many close by if you don’t mind off roading. The rv sites are spacious, mostly shaded by cottonwood trees with beautiful views of the bluffs. The park is clean, pretty quiet and the night sky is great for star gazing. The office has a few camping supplies if needed and the propane is reasonably priced.
Next door there’s a nice restaurant, less than a mile away there’s a small convenience store at the gas station as well as a historical fort. Internet here was fast and great which was a saving grace as I need service for work and there was hardly any cell service for us in the area.
On site they also have a old western Wagon cabin for rent with modern conveniences. It’s great for a couple or family as it has a bunk bed.
There’s an outdoor gas fire pit with chairs. It’s an awesome option if you want to get away from the rv for a night or two- which we did for one night. When and if we come to Bluff, we would definitely stay here again.

Small RV park in Bluff. Friendly staff. Level grave sites. Plenty of space and shade. Central to an area rich in history and hiking. Propane was inexpensive and wifi was reasonable good. Sower was hot and it was quiet.

We spent four nights in this park while exploring Bears ears. The park is very nice with spacing between the sides and it a lot of shade trees. The showers are great. The laundry is very reasonable. The owners are on site, engaged with their customers, and it shows. The park is in excellent condition and it is a great place to stay.

The sites were nice. The ones in back are quite spacious. The owners are onsite and very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a one night reservation and ended up staying three nights, and they accommodated us very well. You can tell they are involved owners making sure their guests have a good experience. The showers are a bit unconventional, but very nice and clean. They have great water flow especially for people like us coming from California where we have flow restrictor‘s.
There’s a great restaurant directly across the street. We met the owner there, and again very involved, and the pizza was out of this world. There’s also a cowboy steak place down the street it’s also very good. Had plenty of outdoor seating at both locations for Covid issues and also eating with the dog.
There’s so much to explore in the area, that we will definitely be back and will be staying again.

Site was fully booked when we tried stopping by, but owner was kind enough to tell us that the town opened up a lot for dry camping across the street (specifically for the 2023 eclipse, not for regular use).
Other full sites with hookups tried to get us to pay to dry camp (Cottonwood).
