Just ignore the previous review. We experienced no riff-raff or junk rigs here. It's a pretty little park that is very quiet day & night, and very safe. It's really more like a “campground” than an “RV park” with grassy sites (pads are gravel) instead of an ugly asphalt lot that most "RV Parks" are made up of in the area. Sites vary in size, and you will be fitted to a site according to the size of your rig. Long pull-thrus are available for bigger rigs.
There’s a large open area in the back of this campground to walk dogs, which leads out to the Bandon Marsh wildlife area.
Very friendly staff, and the nicest shower rooms we have ever seen!
The park is on well water, so be sure to attach a water filter, especially if filling your tank. (I don't think I would drink the water here.) There are no sewer hookups and no dump station (hence the lower rates!); but you can easily go to Bullards Beach state park just across the freeway and use their dump station for a donation. (Continue down the road past Bullard's Beach campground to visit the lighthouse and a nice big, long beach.)

We had a nice large site but will not be staying here again as quite a few permanent residents and there was a lot of pot smoking going on. One gentleman seemed to have the pot and quite a few other permanent residents knew that was the place to go to so they were always going over to smoke whatever he had in his (bong) I guess it was called. I did inform management about it before leaving and said we would not be returning if this is what goes on here..
lots of other nice Rv parks in Bandon we will choose from now on .

This was an excellent location just outside Bandon, and just off Hwy 101. This was an excellent location just outside Bandon, and just off Hwy 101. There seemed to be numerous permanent residents, and one old wreck of a trailer, but the campground was spotlessly clean and everyone was very friendly. It was never full during my stay in the first week of June. My $29 daily rate reflects a weekly rate of $200. The campground has water/electric hookups, but no full hookups or dump station.
The only problem I had was the size of my site. I booked a standard site, but they changed my reservation to a small site because the one I reserved was going to be dug up for electrical work. The small site was just long enough for my 21 ft trailer, but the space for parking my truck alongside was completely inadequate, and I had to park within 1 foot of the picnic table. There was a nice view across some wetlands out the back of the site.
Verizon 4G was good with 3 bars, 4 Mbps down and 4 up.
John T would stay here again

What a gem of a spot to stumble upon! Nice sized spaces, excellent new bathroom facility with hot showers. Very clean, quiet park. Very nice staff. Only spent one night due to travel plans but I will return. Went to sleep with the stars and woke with birds. Unfortunately, I did not take photos of this park.
