Coopers Lake Campground

I've gone to a big medieval reenactment event held at Coopers Lake nearly every year since 1995..Coopers Lake used to be a more traditional campground with some RV spots and mostly primitive camping.. but some time in the last few years, they stopped opening to the public. They strictly host various events throughout the year.

I thought I'd take a moment to write it up just so folks know that though it lists as a campground, they're more focused now on being an event venue.

Having literally spent 2 weeks a year for 22 of the last 24 years there, this is a second home to me in many ways... the Cooper family who owns the campground has always been amazing and the event I attend (Pennsic War) has on the order of 10,000 to 14,000 attendees every year.
