Overall Rating

Campground is a great area with lots of kids, people, boats. The campsites were reasonably far apart. The road to the campground is bumpy, curvy, and gravel. The main host is an ex-fireman who knew a lot about the area.
Weekends are extremely crowded but weekdays are peaceful.

“Nice beaches on reservoir ”

Overall Rating

We stayed here April 3rd, and the weather was perfect and not windy. There was sandy/rocky beaches along the campground which were full of birds in the marshy area. There was also a large playground for our son to play on.

This is a constellation of small campgrounds surrounded by an ocean of washboard gravel. Once you make it into the park, it’s quaint and pretty nice, but gaw...
