“Run down and old.”

This place has a lot of nerve charging $58.50 per night!! It was literally a dive, don’t let the marketing of a Lake fool you. You couldn’t even walk on the pier because it was all rotted. There is everything from old tractors, structures that have fallen down and old old abandoned campers all around. There is mostly workers here and we only chose it because we wanted to go to Memphis. We went to BB King’s Bar on Beale St. Memphis the only about staying here worth anything. The city itself is old and n9t that clean, not for me. The campsite surroundings were sketchy as well,
The sewer hookup was unleveled no pitch at all and the site itself was unlevel. Hard to even recognize their signage to get into the place. Wi-Fi & cell service not good either.

BAIT AND SWITCH.
NO WIFI DUE TO NONPAYMENT OF SERVICES. Watch your things. We had our yard ransacked one night. No security other than the neighborhood “peeping Tom”
Bathhouses are gross even for camping. Laundry facilities are a joke. 1 out of the 4 machines actually work. Everything has been done by the cheapest bidder and it shows. Entire property full of half projects.
I guess you can book a stay if you don’t mind the weird staff. One is a peeping Tom. The owner Wes, is ok with it because the peeping Tom is his friend. Not only does this dude peep, he also takes photographs without your permission and discusses all the women on property on what they wear. A breeding ground for weirdos.
DO NOT BOARD YOUR HORSES HERE.
They’re left in a disgusting barn at ALL TIMES. if the guy who is supposed to feed them doesn’t show up for the day, guess what, your horse goes hungry.
The owner will do whatever it takes to keep people happy even if that means continuing to put their concerns off or making excuses of why his amenities aren’t up to par.
*IF YOURE DOING YOUR RESEARCH FOR A WORKAMP, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PREDATOR*
