Nice spot for a couple nights. Can get crowded and right next to the road. Quite at night.

Looked good on the map. Three planted RV's with 100 # propane tank and piles of pallets. Not good!! Went to Blue River campground. Happy we did!!

Being able to hear the creek below the campsite is awesome, the weather was nice enough to leave the windows open and hear it at night. Hwy 9 noise can be heard, we didn't think it was excessive but it's constant. Lots of fishing within walking distance. Biggest negative is people letting their dogs off leash.

If you can get one of the few spots next to the river, good job. Most of the available area is dirt but it wasn't dusty. The access road is very potholed, but it's also only 100 yards long. No water or dump station available.
Given that it's right next to a highway, there is a lot of road noise though the vehicles aren't visible. Surrounding mountain views are good.
No TMobile service with a roof mounted Pepwave antenna. ATT service was 14 mbps down and 4 up on my phone and likely would have been better with the antenna but we were having issues with that plan. Starlink service was good.

We loved staying here close to Silverthorne! The river was fun to play in, weather was perfect- a few rainy days but otherwise it was always a perfect 70-80 degrees. No bugs. A fun hiking trail was just across the road, a newly created dog park towards Silverthorne was super cool and we used it a lot, and we took full advantage of the local library, the rec center for swimming (our kids loved it!), and the main town playground!
It was a very busy place- being the only free spot near Silverthorne - but we love meeting new people. Our only complaint was there was no Verizon cell service so we had to drive back into town everyday for work.

Maintenance of restrooms was severely lacking. Bring your tp.
No water nor trash services.

We just stopped for the night on a cross country trip. Easy access, right on the river, pit toilets. Lots of other campers, and even a semi overnighting. Good enough for a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t make it a destination.

I stopped here for one night on my way across the country. Peaceful and clean. The bathroom is a pit toilet with no running water.
