Our previous night had been in a CG next to 93 in Montana, so we were very appreciative of the silence. There was very little traffic overnight. There's good cell signal not far north in Elk Bend or south in Challis, but nothing on Verizon or T-Mobile here. It looks kind of rough, but there was one big fifth wheel here already on a Saturday (they left after getting off the river). We had no trouble getting our 30 ft fifth wheel situated. The cliff causes shade in the late afternoon. You can also park in the willows if you want some shade. I'll post pictures when I get back to my phone. There's a large pull-off just past the entrance road so you can park and check it out and then back up and pull in. The toilet has some pretty cool artwork. We saw two female bighorn sheep and a lamb on the cliff across the river. A fisherman said he was catching rainbow trout and whitefish. Hubby climbed the hill across the road for some exercise. Otherwise, there's not much to do here, but hey it's free. :))
