Overall Rating
Smallish rest area right off I-10, we parked and got 5 hours of sleep. The highway is noisy. We parked on the end, I bet if you parked in the middle the building would help drown out some off the traffic noise.
There are a couple shaded picnic tables. We did not use the bathroom so I can’t speak for it’s cleanliness.

Nice rest stop, clean bathrooms, plenty of space to walk the dog, ample truck parking.

Overall Rating
We stayed here overnight on our way cross country. Luckily we had an end spot so we could put slide out to access our bedroom. Truckers idle all night so if you're looking for a quite place this isn't it. Didn't bother us, in fact it allowed us to run our generator overnight without worrying about disturbing anyone.
