No senior or veteran discount
Overpriced for a park with gravel roads and sites
Gravel roads throughout park
FHU loop wide open so no privacy
Little shade
LOTS of fire ant hills throughout site
Campsite grass needs mowed
Tiny campfire ring
No toilets/showers in Site 64-83 Campground so closest is 1/2 mile round trip

Overall Rating

We stayed in site 58. In this loop, GBRA is in the process of installing septic hook-ups. It looks like it should be functional in a month. This site has good shade but the trees overhang in the back which limited backing up too far. When the septic is finished, you will probably need 2 hoses to reach the connection as they are in the rear of the pad quite some distance from the pad. The park is very clean and secure. The park staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The park has WiFi which seems very adequate to stream TV. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
