Cash only - a man comes around to collect
Park was full despite attendant saying he's never booked up over the last year he's been here; no reservations or call aheads. There are pull through sites and back in sites. Full size campers stick to the front sites as low hanging live oak limbs at back sites.
All sites have water and electric hookups. Most sites lacking picnic table and fire ring/grill so plan accordingly.
Fairly quiet (no road noise) but Lake Kissimmee is popular amoungst boaters, particularly air boats ; noise from boat ramp is always present. There is a launch for watercraft like kayaks, canoes, etc.
No frills camping; no trails or activities.
One clean restroom building with showers; two pit toliets near boat ramp that I would not brave 💩. Dump station and trash dumpster at front of park.
We had a good time relaxing by the fire and watching the baby cows running to drink from the lake 🐄
