“Beautiful, quiet, well maintained”

Easy to find on google maps if you just search "coleman lake." There were other people camped in the area but it was quiet. Theres a decent amount of space between most sites, which were clean for the most part but had to pick up some leftover trash. The surrounding area is beautiful and good for hiking/exploring; however there is a purple wildflower growing everywhere that we looked up and found to be poisonous when ingested, so be mindful with children. The actual lake is dried up currently, not sure how often this happens, but this didnt take away from the beauty of the area. Also at this time everything on that side of the road is closed but the other side is fine. The dirt road is well maintained. 20 min drive from williams, where we had breakfast at the brewed awakening coffee shop- inexpensive, delicious, good coffee, great staff. Not too hot during the day and not too cold at night.
kiley would stay here again
