Overall Rating

The campground is in a forest next to a lake, sites are close together but acceptable. Vault toilets were not clean, but otherwise a decent campground for small RV's and tents. Our nightly rate of $13 includes the Senior Access Pass discount, otherwise the per night rate is $26.

“Great campground”

Overall Rating

Got the last site on a Tuesday night. Nice large site with picnic table and fire pit surrounded by lots of tall trees. Standard vault toilet. Short walk to Clear Lake. Would come back here again.

Overall Rating

We went for a single night getaway for a sunny weekend after arrival of the rainy season. Potable water is available by hand pump. Pros: Stunningly beautiful. Quiet. Proximity to Government Camp Easy access to the lake, hiking, etc. Newer and well maintained vault toilets. Several dumpsters located around the loop of sites ... more
