Overall Rating
First the best parts of this place...it is near to the Portland area; sites are fairly large and level, but with just a little bit of grass between sites. The laundry, bathrooms and community rooms are new and clean. It is located just outside the Clark County Fairgrounds, so access is just an easy walk. Also, there are several greenbelt areas nearby for a nice walk. Drawbacks include no fenced dog area, no pool, no one in the office ever. I believe the biggest challenge is the pricing. Pricing is as follows: $65/night +tax = $75; $300/weekly and $700/month +elec & sewer. Reservations are made on the website and please note that when making a reservation, they tack on a $100 security deposit, which is returned upon a site inspection.
