Agree with earlier dated reviews from 2019. Park is showing lack of ongoing care. Restrooms, functional but not that clean. Do require Black Tanks. From Host comments assume they have had issues with PortaPotti/Cassette tank dumping in Restroom.
Was fine for a one night stop, quiet.

We came here mid November and it was about half full. We chose an “interior” spot for $5 less than water front. It had 30 amp and water. If you’re staying here, you can dump for free (otherwise $5) just outside of the park (close to the skate park, it’s not well marked). If you’re staying here, you can dump for free (otherwise $5) just outside of the park (close to the skate park, it’s not well marked). We are a 34’ 5th wheel and the pull thru spot was just big enough for us and our truck parked sideways. No privacy, but the view of the river and mature trees in the park make this a beautiful spot.
Beware of the goose poop.
Good cell reception and plenty of local tv channels.

I did check the internet before we left and I was only getting 6 download speed on Verizon. The host was also pretty rude when explaining to us why we could not stay. It would probably be okay to stay for a night or two as long as you don’t have a portable waste tank.

The main for the 3 stars was the number of homeless people walking right by our trailer. Granted, we were parked on the opposite end of the lot from the water. But there is nothing separating the RV park from the nearby parks and rivers so my wife and kids didn't feel safe. I wouldn't suggest this place as anything more than a place to sleep while you explore the surrounding areas. We ended up leaving early to go stay at a vineyard.

We picked Clackamette RV Park due to the proximity to Airstream Northwest where we were having our trailer serviced.
We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon in August around 4pm and there were 3 sites available. The camp host who checked us in was very friendly. We told her that we wanted to pull the trailer out during the day for servicing and she gave us a barricade to put in our spot while we were away. She also warned us not to keep anything outside that it might get stolen and to watch out for goose poop. ;)
Sites are close together and on dirt/gravel/grass. There is some city noise, but overall it was convenient and we would return here again if we needed to get the trailer serviced.

The RV park here is a large, open parking lot situated right on the river as part of Clackamette County Park. It's an affordable place to stay if you're visiting the Portland area at $20/night for an electric site ($25 for waterfront site). There's a paved bike trail that picks up right from the park and will eventually take you to downtown Oregon City. If you have a dog, they'll enjoy the two large open fields adjacent to the RV area.
The downside of staying here is that it's not actually all that convenient to Portland itself. Because of traffic, you're looking at a lengthy drive or at least an hour long bike or bus ride.
Instead, if you're looking for something to do that's within walking distance, stroll over to Oregon City Brewery on nearby 14th street. (Good beers, but alas, no food.)
I'm giving this place 3 stars because of the closeness of the parking spaces (you're just feet away from your neighbors on each side) and the unpleasantly muddy conditions of the park itself.
All of the sites are first-come-first-serve and you can't call ahead to find out about openings the day if arrival. Just take a chance and go for it. The good news is that there's a fair amount of turnover so the likelihood of an open site is high. To check in, find one of the campground hosts and they'll handle the registration process.

They all have water and electric and the park has a dump site. Do it early before the line shows up. The sites are really small, you only have enough room to site just outside your rig and then there is the next, but easy to get through the lot.
Warning: PORTLAND TRAFFIC IS HORRIBLE. It wasn't so bad down where we are so we would be like, oh not bad and then you would get closer to Portland and it was miserable. Stray from 84 if possible. Parking in Portland is tough.
Across the street from the rv park is a mcdonalds, walgreens, Starbucks and a couple other shops. Being right along the river was nice. We watched people wake boarding, paddle boarding, etc. every day. The park next door is overrun with geese, but they aren't loud. There is good fishing and a short bike path. I wish it was closer to town, it would take us at least 35 minutes to get downtown Portland, but it was quiet. Some people were able to get channels with their antenna but we weren't. I would definitely stay here again.

There is endless entertainment watching the boats fishing ... and we fished from shore too. The hosts are the nicest you could ever find. While not a wilderness park - it really delivers on scenic value and monetary value for being near a dealer who does great repairs and maintenance on not only Airstreams but all brands. It is first come/first serve ...we found that on weekdays there was little problem getting in ... maybe not with river view, but a spot non-the-less.
