The location here is great. Easy walking down the strip. Half of the sites are closed due to no power or no water. Make sure you have a surge protector! (I had mine on and the first site blew multiple fuses in my camper. Security said that people have issues all the time.) I showed up at 4:45 no one answered to open the gate after 30 minutes so I had to walk into the hotel to get in. Two of the bathrooms are closed due to maintenance issues, more than half of the dryers and washers are broken. The location worked out nice for us and the park would be nice if they just put a little work into it, but everything feels like it’s falling apart. Rather than fixing anything they just put up signs saying broken. Definitely would suggest calling before to get your site number otherwise you will get moved by the angry hotel checkin service if you show up after 4.

The was an overpriced park for what shape it is in. Our Saturday rate was $86 + taxes, our Sunday rate was $69 + taxes, a total for the 2 nights $175 for a backin site, pull throughs were more expensive. (We usually stay at the Oasis on the other end of town, slightly more expensive BUT so much nicer). This park looks like it has not been updated since it was built in 1979. I read it was bought in 2019, hopefully the new owners will do some updating. The park was maybe 20% full on a Saturday, most all the cheaper perimeter back in sites were taken.
We had made a reservation but we were not assigned a spot until we arrived. We were able to check in early. The spot they assigned us had no water and part of the utility cover was ripped off and laying on the ground. For the price we were paying, I went and complained. We did get assigned a different spot, but we had to convince them that the spot first assigned was in disrepair. BTW, the spot was assigned to someone later in the day, apparently they did not complain. The park was maybe 20% full on a Saturday, most all the cheaper perimeter back in sites were taken.
The restroom nearest us was out of order, there was swirling trash around, overflowing trash cans, sewer holes did not have caps on them and ours was plugged when we dumped. Luckily we were able to move the hose to the neighboring hole.
It is sorta near the strip but it is quite a walk, which we did not mind. There is no shuttle service.
On the positive side, the office is nice, updated with air conditioning. There is only one way in and out that is gated. The power seemed to be consistent, so said our surge protector. There is a laundry room with coin operated machines. The small pool looked inviting but we did not use it. There is a gated dog park.

You can’t beat an RV park on the Vegas strip! It’s old and outdated but has restrooms, dump stations, hookups and is a gated park. Safe and secure.

I wouldn’t go inside the casino. Better if you have a tow vehicle that way you can drive out to nicer places and come back to sleep.

Once I setup my van (the electrical is sketchy be sure to have a surge protector), I walked to Circus Circus. This is definitely a run-down part of town but I felt secure and they do have a security guard patrolling plus secured gates. The pool for the RV Park was closed but they gave me access to the hotel pool. It would be fun for kids; massive water slides etc, but i was turned off by the crowds of kids at the pool. I slept fine with white noise of AC. Woke up early to a spectacular sunrise, and beelined it to get into one of 2 showers at 5:30 am. Not sure if it was the time of day, heat, or what but the shower was lukewarm for about 3 minutes then cold. So, don’t count on a warm shower. Other than that, it’s a parking lot and place to stop.

We lucked out getting a last minute reservation for a weekend after our reservation at the Oasis resort fell through because they do not accept conversions of any kind. The price at Circus Circus was crazy- $120 a night, because it was the weekend, but also not too surprising that it’s so expensive because it’s Vegas!. It is a parking lot, nothing fancy, but located right by the LV strip, and not a terribly far walk to the Monorail access. The bathrooms were very clean, and the whole place really was pretty tidy. It is Vegas- so it is noisy pretty much everywhere you go, including this place. We had no problems here- pretty basic experience- and I’m just relieved we had a place to stay!

And the hotel/RV Park doesn’t seem too likely to do anything about it despite the security gate being broken at the time. Camp at your own risk.

Large 185 site RV Park, fully paved, fenced, gated, active security 24/7. The layout of the park is easy to maneuver through, for any size rig. Each site is spaced appropriately for easy back-in or pull thru with ample space to park tow vehicle. Security staff and park staff are so nice and helpful. The facility is dated and could use some TLC. As always, it’s a good idea to use a surge protector in between your RV’s plug and the power outlet. We had no issues with sewer drain and water spigot placement, to stay connected to the RV while parked. The RV park is convenient to the strip but about a 1/2-1 mile walk to anything touristy, but a bus stop is right in front of the Circus Circus Hotel. The only major negative was the road in and out, around the outside of the RV Park. It is rough! Pot holes and speed bumps. Again, the RV Park needs a facelift but it’s a decent park for being right in the middle of town. Lastly, this park is calm and quiet. We’d stay again for sure.
